I don’t think I can give enough praise to the exceptional service that we received. We had a very unique issue that we had basically given up on… old home, old pipes, multiple failed attempts by several drain companies that lead us to believe our lines were filled with despair and fear. Then, we found Jonathan and his hardworking team! They were prompt, courteous, transparent, fair and did not give up even when others did. Each member of the team made sure I was informed of everything that was happening at each step that they took. I was so impressed by the innovative technology that they used, and the measures they took to ensure I was educated on how my drainage works for future care in my forever home. Problem resolved, and I have never been so happy to receive the peace of mind that I now have after doing business with Clog-Doc. I did not use Clog Doc because they would not give a price over the phone to unclog a drain. I went with a company that gave a firm price upfront.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jonathan and his crew could not have been more efficient and professional.
